West cabin · Five bedrooms · Sleeps ten

Nocturne is built for the end of it.

Slot N1 · Wide · 16:9THE most important single image on the site. Blue hour into full dark, long exposure on a tripod. Interior lit warm, hot tub steaming on the west deck, fire ring lit in the foreground, stars resolving above the roofline. Shoot the same frame across forty minutes so you also have the dusk-to-dark crossfade.1920×1080 · AVIF + WebP + JPEG fallback · ≤250 KB at 1920 · file: nocturne-exterior-night

Twelve miles of open valley, then the sun goes down behind it.

The west deck looks straight across the widest part of the Page Valley to the Massanutten ridge, and there is nothing built in between. The hot tub is out there, the fire pit is below it, and between about seven and nine most evenings there is no reason to be indoors.

Its own barrel sauna sits beside the tub, so the hot-then-cold sequence works without walking anywhere. Downstairs is the Vault — the darker of the two games rooms, and the better theatre for it: a hundred-inch screen, a full-size pool table, arcade cabinets, karaoke and a poker table that has seen things.

Five bedrooms, individually keyed and hand-painted for their names — Observatory, Cavern, Ember, Fern and Nightjar. The Observatory has a skylight over the bed and a full sky painted around it, and on a clear night that beats any of the rest of it.

Slot N2 · Room · 16:9The Observatory — skylight, painted sky, bed below. Shoot at dusk so both the mural and the real sky through the glass still read. This is the single most shareable room in the property.1920×1080 · AVIF + WebP + JPEG fallback · ≤250 KB at 1920 · file: nocturne-observatory-mural
Slot N3 · Room · 16:9The Vault at night, lit by the hundred-inch screen and the arcade cabinets only. Tripod, long exposure, no flash. Windows still deep blue, never black. Screen showing an abstract — never a recognisable film.1920×1080 · AVIF + WebP + JPEG fallback · ≤250 KB at 1920 · file: nocturne-vault-night
