Move the furniture and each great room clears to roughly six hundred square feet — enough for twenty on mats with the ridge through the glass. Two rooms, so you can run a session in one and hold a quiet space in the other.
Each cabin has its own cedar barrel sauna and its own hot tub, which means the hot-and-cold sequence works at both houses at once rather than becoming a queue. Sauna at seven, session at nine, and the valley below still filling with light.
We don't take a cut of your retreat
You bring your own teachers, your own chef, your own pricing and your own guest list. We rent you the property and stay out of it. No commission, no per-head fee, no requirement to use anyone we know.
- Flat property rate — what you charge your guests is your business
- Outside practitioners welcome
- Bring a chef, cook yourselves, or we'll make an introduction
- Repeat-leader terms for anyone who books the same week annually
Set up before your people arrive
The thing most venues get wrong. Early check-in on request, so the room is arranged, the props are out and the space is held before the first car comes up the track.
- Early access on request, subject to the previous stay
- Roughly 600 sq ft of clear floor in each great room
- Storage for mats, bolsters and props between sessions
- No neighbours, so no quiet hours we have to enforce on you
The practical answers
Everything a leader has to ask twelve venues before booking one.
- Twenty guests sleeping, across ten individually keyed bedrooms
- Two kitchens, two outdoor tables of ten, two grills
- Certificate of insurance available; we'll ask to see yours
- Twelve to eighteen is the size this property is happiest at
