Hespera Reach privacy policy.

Who we are

Hespera Reach is two vacation rental cabins on Valley Burg Road, Luray, Virginia 22835, run by its owners. You can reach us at host@hesperareach.com or (540) 452-9084.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email address and, if you give it, phone number, along with the details of your inquiry or message. When you book, our booking system (OwnerRez) collects the details needed to confirm and take payment for your stay; card details are handled by its payment processor, never by this website.

How we use it

To reply to you, to arrange and manage your stay, and — only if you ticked the box or joined the list — to send occasional emails about open dates and offers. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it right away. We never sell or rent your details.

Who processes it

Form submissions pass through our own automation server and arrive in our email inbox. Bookings are handled in OwnerRez. This website sets no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you and to keep records of stays, and no longer. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing host@hesperareach.com.
